West Layfatte residents send pets across the country for adoption 
WEST LAFAYETTE - Glen Brink used to raise champion bloodhounds and a few small breeds of dogs. “I was one of the bad people,” he said. He was also a volunteer at the Coshocton County Animal shelter where he groomed animals and cleaned the cat room.
